At Triumph Motorcycles, we are going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a Buyer to join our Chassis Procurement team based at our global headquarters.

The buying role will be responsible for owning given commodity groups across a selection of external suppliers; as well as being involved with other Triumph facilities across the globe to ensure a coordinated approach to our supply chain.

The successful candidate will develop a strategy for their commodities ensuring best value and quickest and most suitable sources for new model development programmes, resulting in the creation of expert knowledge of their commodity’s global supply market in order to ensure a suitable knowledge base is maintained for the company.

You will be able to demonstrate that you are:

• Qualified to degree standard in a relevant qualification or equivalent practical attainment with demonstrated experience in Procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must be high self-motivated, customer-centric with strong communication skills.
• Sourcing and negotiation experience and supplier relationship management would be desirable.
