This role is an integral part of our IT team and is the gateway to requesting any IT support or service, meaning that excellent customer service and communication skills are as important as the high level of technical expertise required for this role.

You will be responsible for resolving Incidents, Problems and Service Requests, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels through our ITSM platform and to Triumphs excellent quality standards to deliver our customer first culture.
